In the 2025 - 2030 term, Vinh Thong Ward Youth Union set out 15 targets, striving to have at least 50% of union members classified as having excellently completed their tasks; during the term, train and introduce 300 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, the number of union members developed for the Party accounts for 50% of the total number of new admissions to the Ward Party Committee.
During the term, 900 new union members and 1,000 association members will be developed; career counseling and orientation will be provided to at least 1,000 union members and youths per year; stable jobs will be introduced to 5 youths per year; and 2,000 disadvantaged children in the area will be supported...

Along with that, Vinh Thong ward union registered to coordinate with other sectors to build 5 new Charity houses for youth union members in difficult circumstances; organize 5 medical examinations and provide free medicine for the poor; mobilize scholarships for poor students who overcome difficulties and study well, from 1,000 students or more. At the same time, support 10 youths to do business ; carry out 5 youth projects, support 10 study corners for school teams; build at least 1 "Light up the road" project in the ward.
