TTH.VN - The training course "Lean Operations Management" organized by the Department of Planning and Investment and the Provincial Business Association opened on the morning of August 4.

The 3-day training course (August 4-6) was taught by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Principal of Tue Duc International College - VABIS; Executive Director of Tue Duc Green School System; Vice President of Vietnam Quality Association; Director of KMi Knowledge Management Institute.

Lean operations management is a method of managing and improving production and service processes in a business to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Implementing lean operations management will help businesses increase productivity by eliminating waste, eliminating all activities that do not create value for customers, saving time, resources and materials, optimizing processes leading to reduced costs, increasing production capacity, increasing competitiveness, providing goods and services faster.
