Bank Land Hai Duong office closed, rent arrears

Ms. H. said that in March 2022, Bank Land Group Joint Stock Company signed a 3-year office lease contract on the 6th floor of the 176 Truong Chinh building. However, by the end of October 2022, the place believed to be Bank Land Company's Hai Duong office had stopped all operations. According to Ms. H., this company unilaterally terminated the office lease contract, and the remaining office rent debt is about 70 million VND.

From October 2022 to June 12, 2023, Ms. H. repeatedly contacted the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Bank Land Company to handle issues related to the office lease contract, but could not be contacted.

According to Ms. H., about 2 weeks after the Bank Land Company office on the 6th floor of the 176 Truong Chinh building closed, the police seized a number of computer hard drives to serve the investigation.

Also on the afternoon of June 12, Hai Duong Newspaper reporters contacted a number of people who had invested money in Bank Land Company. It is known that these people have sent a complaint to the Provincial Police. In mid-February 2023, many people were invited by the Provincial Police to work and provide information.

Previously, in mid-July 2022, Hai Duong Electronic Newspaper reported on the activities of Bank Land Company in the investigative report "Bank Land - Aspiration for billions or risk of losing everything?". In early November 2022, Hai Duong Newspaper continued to publish the article "Worried about losing money because of investing in Bank Land Company", reflecting the concerns of those who invested money in this company.
