Vietnam is among the top in Asia for infrastructure investment.
On April 18, within the framework of the “Sustainability Week,” the United Nations General Assembly held a High-Level Debate on Promoting Sustainable Development through Infrastructure Connectivity. Speaking at the Debate, Ambassador, Head of the Vietnamese Mission to the United Nations Dang Hoang Giang emphasized that Vietnam is one of the leading countries in Asia in infrastructure investment, devoting 5.7% of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to projects in this field.
