Amadeus’ Altéa passenger service system provides Vietnam Airlines with comprehensive solutions for seat supply management, reservations, ticketing, departure control and digital technology to enhance the customer experience. The system also equips Vietnam Airlines with advanced technologies in the aviation and tourism sectors, thereby helping to improve operational efficiency in all aspects of the airline’s operations.
Notably, Altéa PSS offers modern and efficient reservation services, facilitating frontline staff to assist customers in purchasing, changing and using services from the airline.
Vietnam Airlines is also moving to the Xchange Payment Platform (XPP) from Outpayce, a payment service provider of Amadeus. This platform allows Vietnam Airlines to easily accept a variety of payment cards and other payment methods from passengers. With XPP, the airline can accept global payments by connecting with many service partners around the world .
