Long An I and Long An II power plants located in Can Giuoc District (Long An) will be operated by clean energy source of liquefied natural gas (LNG). When put into operation synchronously, the two plants will have a total power generation capacity of 3,000 MW transmitted to the national grid. With a total estimated investment value of more than 3 billion USD, the project will contribute to ensuring energy security for the country effectively in the coming years.
