On the afternoon of May 14, Ha Tinh Radio and Television Station coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Tennis Federation to organize the closing ceremony and award prizes to outstanding athletes at the 7th Ha Tinh Television Cup Tennis Tournament in 2023. Speaking at the conclusion of the tournament, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vo Hong Son - Deputy Head of the tournament organizing committee affirmed the success of the tournament, contributing to the development of the tennis movement in the province.
At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung and delegates awarded the first prize in the men's doubles to the pair of athletes Nguyen Van Hoang - Nguyen Van Truong; the second prize to the pair of athletes Dinh Nhat Quy - Vo Duc Son; the third prize to the two pairs of athletes Chu Truong Quan - Cao Duc Bau and Dinh Van Truong - Nguyen Quoc Thuong.
The first prize in the men's doubles event was awarded to the pair of athletes Nguyen Kieu Hung - Ho Thai Son; the second prize was awarded to the pair of athletes Hoang Anh Tu - Vo Quang Thien; the third prize was awarded to the pair of athletes Nguyen Ngoc Tuan - Tran Minh Duc.
The organizing committee awarded first prize in the 55-year-old age group to the athlete pair Dinh Quang Chung - Nguyen Truong Sinh; second prize to the athlete pair Nguyen Ngoc Luan - Tran Tuan Anh; third prize to the athlete pair Tran Quy - Phan Tien Sy.
The first prize in the mixed doubles category went to Vo Trong Giap - Duong Minh Huong; the second prize went to Nguyen Trong Vu - Nguyen Thi Anh; the third prize went to two pairs of athletes: Trinh Ba Chin - Le Nhu Quynh, Nguyen Manh Hung - Le Thi Bich Le.
The athlete pair Le Minh Son - Nguyen Dai Nghia won first prize in the men's doubles - category D , the second prize went to the athlete pair Dang Minh Tu - Nguyen Xuan Phuong and the third prize went to two pairs of athletes: Duong Huu Phuoc - Nguyen Cao Quy, Mai Thanh - Ngo Thanh Hai.
Athletes Hoang Xuan Nguyen - Dinh Nhu Tung won first prize in the men's doubles - category C , second prize went to the athlete pair Tran Thai Hoang - Nguyen Duy Quang and third prize went to two pairs of athletes: Nguyen Tuan Anh - Nguyen Ba Manh, Tranh Dinh Bach - Dau Quoc Hoan.
The first prize in the men's doubles - category B went to the athlete pair Vo Xuan Tung - Nguyen Trong Vu, the second prize went to the athlete pair Tran Manh Tien - Vo Trong Giap and the third prize went to 2 pairs of athletes: Dang Thai Duy - Nguyen Van Nam, Le Thanh Hai - Tran Huu Trung.
The first prize in the men's doubles - category A went to the athlete pair Dinh Nhat Phu - Bui Linh, the second prize went to the athlete pair Tran Duc Thanh - Tran Nam Sang and the third prize went to two pairs of athletes: Dinh Nhat Quy - Nguyen Huy Thang, Tong Tuan Long - Nguyen Van Hoang.
During the closing ceremony, the tournament's Organizing Committee presented 10 bicycles to poor students who overcame difficulties to study well...
... and donated 20 million VND to support the Ha Tinh Orphanage; 20 million VND to support the Ha Tinh Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims; 20 million VND to support the Ha Tinh Center for Social Work and Vocational Education for the Disabled.
The Ha Tinh Television Cup Tennis Tournament is a large-scale, prestigious playground for top players in and outside the province, contributing to promoting the tennis training movement in the area. At the same time, the Organizing Committee of the tournament mobilizes funds to help those in difficult circumstances. This year's season, athletes will compete in 8 categories, according to the latest ranking announced by the Ha Tinh Tennis Federation, including: mixed doubles, total score of 1,330 points; men's doubles category D, total score of 1,380 points; men's doubles category C, total score of 1,400 points; men's doubles category B, total score of 1,440 points; men's doubles category A, total score of 1,540 points; premier athletes, for athletes from domestic clubs; athletes who are leaders; athletes who are men's doubles over 55 years old. |
