This morning, May 30, Vinh Linh district organized a campaign to support households in Vinh Ha commune to dismantle civil works and move assets to temporary housing areas to hand over the construction site for the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway project through the district.
At support points, local forces from organizations and unions mobilized human resources and means to actively assist households in dismantling houses, outbuildings, classifying assets and household items for transportation to temporary resettlement areas in Vinh Ha commune.

The Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway section passing through Vinh Linh district has a total main route length of 14.25 km; in addition, there is a 1.5 km branch road, 1 km overpass and 2 tunnels passing through 5 communes and towns including: Vinh Khe, Vinh Ha, Vinh Thuy, Vinh Son and Ben Quan town, with 88 affected households having to be resettled.
Recently, Vinh Linh district has helped nearly 40 households relocate to temporary housing areas to ensure safety, contributing to speeding up site clearance progress.
By May 30, 2024, Vinh Linh district had handed over 13.293 km/14.25 km of land, reaching nearly 93.3%. Vinh Linh district is striving to complete the site clearance work for the remaining 957 m. In particular, striving to complete the main route in May 2024 and the scope of the branch route and residential access roads in June 2024. From there, the site will be handed over to the investor and construction unit on schedule.
