Navy Region 4 supports people in flood-affected areas

Faced with the situation of prolonged heavy rain causing deep flooding in many localities of Khanh Hoa province, seriously affecting the lives and properties of the people, the Naval Region 4 Command has responded and provided emergency relief and necessities to people in heavily affected areas, including Cam Lam commune, Nha Trang ward and Dien Khanh commune of Khanh Hoa province.

Naval Region 4 Command sent vehicles to participate in rescue in Ninh Hoa area, Khanh Hoa province.

Previously, the Region 4 Command mobilized more than 400 officers and soldiers, 12 military vehicles, 20 boats, and 20 special vehicles to support and help people in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces cope with floods. The supported necessities include 900 kg of dry food, 50 boxes of instant noodles, 30 boxes of purified water, and other rescue materials.

This is a practical activity to share the difficulties and losses of people in the context of floods that have not ended and natural disasters that continue to occur.

The working delegation of the Naval Region 4 Command visited, encouraged and shared the difficulties of the people, and affirmed that they are ready with means and forces to support when the locality requests.

Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, emphasized that with the spirit of "Forgetting oneself for the people", Naval Region 4 will always be a solid support for the people in the area, ready to support and respond promptly in all natural disaster situations, even when floods develop complicatedly.

Local leaders expressed their deep gratitude for the timely and practical attention and support of the Naval Region 4 Command, and highly appreciated the spirit of initiative and responsibility of officers and soldiers who helped people in difficult times.
