In the bustling atmosphere of welcoming the New Spring, our entire Party, people and army happily celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) - the Party of the working class and the entire Vietnamese nation. Proud of the glorious Party that has led our people to overcome all difficulties and hardships, firmly walking on the path of independence, freedom and development, we vow to wholeheartedly believe in, protect and build the Party to be increasingly clean and strong in all aspects.

On February 3, 1930, under the chairmanship of leader Nguyen Ai Quoc, the conference to unify communist organizations decided to unify three organizations: the Indochinese Communist Party, the Annam Communist Party and the Indochinese Communist Federation into a single party named the Communist Party of Vietnam, marking a major historical turning point for the nation.

Over the past 95 years, the Party has been like the sunlight guiding our people, our revolution, and the Vietnam People's Army to overcome many difficulties and challenges, and steadily move forward to achieve glorious victories. At the age of 15, with about 5,000 Party members, our Party led the entire nation to make the August Revolution in 1945, establishing the first people's democratic state in Southeast Asia.

Next came the victories of the glorious resistance wars to liberate the nation, protect the Fatherland, defeat old and new colonialism, culminating in the Dien Bien Phu Victory "resounding throughout the five continents, shaking the world" and the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign, completing the people's national democratic revolution, unifying the Fatherland, bringing the whole country to socialism, making an important contribution to the struggle of the people of the world for peace , national independence, democracy and social progress.

After nearly 40 years of renovation, with the Party's steadfastness and creative thinking, our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and prestige as today, to create a solid foundation to enter a new era, an era of national growth. Promoting those great achievements, the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province has led the people of all ethnic groups in the province to overcome all difficulties to achieve important achievements in socio-economic development, ensuring political stability, security and solid national defense.

In 2024, the province will achieve an economic growth rate (GRDP) of 6.5%, an average gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of 119.2 million VND/person; industrial production value will reach 1,030 trillion VND, an increase of 8% over the previous year; total state budget revenue in the area will reach over 20,000 billion VND, exceeding 25.5% of the central budget estimate; the poverty rate will decrease by 0.98% to 2.04%...

That is also clear evidence that in any difficult circumstances, Party committees at all levels in the entire Party have promoted the strength of solidarity and patriotism of the people, turned challenges into opportunities, and continued to achieve new achievements.

Achieving these results is due to the important role of the Party building and rectification work in the past time. 2024 is a very important year in successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Therefore, the work of Party building and rectification plays a key role. In addition to the task of preparing for the congress, the work of developing Party organizations and Party members has always been of interest to Party committees at all levels, ensuring that it meets the requirements of standardization, rejuvenation, meeting the requirements of new tasks and enhancing the fighting strength and leadership capacity of Party organizations.

Notably in 2024, the entire Provincial Party Committee developed 22 Party organizations, including 1 Party organization in an FDI enterprise. Party organizations in enterprises have contributed to promoting production, propagating, and mobilizing workers and business owners to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. At the same time, proactively coordinating with trade unions, youth unions, etc., helps improve the spirit of workers, giving them more motivation to stick with the enterprise.

The work of developing party members has received extensive attention. The entire provincial Party Committee has admitted 4,183 party members (4.43% of the number of party members at the beginning of the term, 4.12% of the total number of existing party members), of which over 600 party members are high school students, nearly 450 party members work in enterprises, bringing the total number of party members in the province to 101,025 party members, operating in 575 grassroots party organizations (223 grassroots party cells, 352 grassroots party committees with 22 party departments, 4,865 affiliated party cells). The work of training and fostering cadres and party members is regularly given attention by party committees at all levels.

In 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee sent 22 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to attend training courses and update knowledge organized by the Central Committee; sent 87 cadres to attend advanced political theory courses; opened 26 intermediate political theory training courses and professional training for nearly 1,400 party members; coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize training courses and update knowledge for 195 incumbent leaders and managers and planned positions under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2021-2026 terms.

Along with the development in quantity and quality of cadres and party members, party committees at all levels regularly pay attention to training and rectification, ensuring that party members and party organizations are clean and strong. The work of self-criticism and criticism is carried out seriously and strictly, contributing to tightening discipline and order in the Party, upholding the laws of the State, and is highly appreciated by a large number of cadres, party members and people.

These achievements are all linked to the wise leadership of the Party, worthy of being the loyal representative of the interests of the working class, the working people and the entire nation. The reality of the past 95 years has affirmed the truth that no other political force than the Communist Party of Vietnam has the courage, intelligence, experience, prestige and ability to lead the country to overcome all difficulties and challenges, leading the revolutionary cause of the nation from one victory to another.
