Northern mountainous areas are cold, heavy rain in the South Central Coast

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the evening of November 20 to the end of November 21, the eastern provinces from Da Nang City to Dak Lak and the northern part of Khanh Hoa province will have moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall of 70-150mm, locally very heavy rain over 250mm.

From the night of November 21 to the end of November 22, the eastern provinces from Da Nang City to Dak Lak will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain with common rainfall from 50-100mm, locally over 200mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain (>150mm/3 hours).

In addition, on the night of November 20 and 21, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm, and some places experiencing over 50mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening).

-Rain in some places at night, sunny during the day. Light wind. Cold at night and morning, some places very cold, severe cold; high mountainous areas may have frost.

- Lowest temperature 13-16 degrees Celsius, some places below 12 degrees Celsius; highest 20-23 degrees Celsius, some places above 23 degrees Celsius.

Northeastern region:

- Few clouds, no rain at night, sunny during the day. Northeast wind level 2-3. Cold at night and morning, some mountainous areas have severe cold; high mountainous areas should beware of frost.

- Lowest temperature 13-16 degrees Celsius, some places below 12 degrees Celsius; highest 20-23 degrees Celsius, some places above 23 degrees Celsius.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue:

-The North is cloudy, with rain at night and sunshine during the day; the South is cloudy with rain at times. North to Northwest wind level 2-3, coastal wind level 3-4.

-In the North, it is cold at night and in the morning.

- Lowest temperature 15–18 degrees Celsius; highest 20–23 degrees Celsius, some places above 23 degrees Celsius.

South Central Coast:

-Cloudy, moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain; Southern Khanh Hoa and Binh Thuan have scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast to North wind level 2-3, coastal level 3-4, some places gust level 6-7.

-Warning of tornadoes, lightning, strong winds in thunderstorms.

Central Highlands:
