From the night of November 21 to the end of November 22, the eastern provinces from Da Nang City to Dak Lak will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain with common rainfall from 50-100mm, locally over 200mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain (>150mm/3 hours).
In addition, on the night of November 20 and 21, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm, and some places experiencing over 50mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening).
