On the afternoon of July 4, the People's Committee of Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province held a meeting to announce the decision to approve the compensation plan (phase 1) and the decision to approve the detailed compensation plan for households and individuals in the project to clear the land for the construction of bridges and access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road 827E.

This project was previously invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board through the area of ​​Can Giuoc town and Long Hau commune (now Can Giuoc commune). According to the decision approving the plan, the land compensation unit price has been implemented in accordance with the principles, based on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law; close to the general level of the market and neighboring projects that have been approved as well as the socio-economic development situation of the locality.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Can Giuoc Commune People's Committee - Nguyen Ngoc Anh sincerely thanked the consensus and support of the people; at the same time, clearly informed that the work of determining land prices, developing compensation plans, support and resettlement for the project always ensures compliance with the provisions of law, land prices are consistent with the general market level and similar to neighboring projects that have been approved.

Regarding people's recommendations on re-examining assets, land area, etc., the Commune People's Committee and relevant departments will coordinate with the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center of Can Giuoc area to review, fully update and implement in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Provincial Road 827E Project is a key project of the province. This is an important traffic route connecting the highlands, especially connecting traffic between localities in the region and inter-regional with Ho Chi Minh City. The completed route will contribute to facilitating trade of goods, attracting investment, becoming a lever to promote the province's socio-economic development and gradually improving the quality of life of people in the area./.
