O Dien Commune: Consulting and supporting connection of labor market information

The program has 4 units, direct recruiting enterprises and 150 workers in need of jobs.

Speaking at the program, Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien Commune Do Chi Hung said that in the context of the economy having strong changes, especially after the impacts of the epidemic and the continuous development of science and technology, the labor market is facing many new opportunities and challenges.

The demand for quality jobs of workers is increasing, while enterprises, production and business establishments are facing many difficulties in recruiting suitable personnel to meet operational requirements. The lack of accurate, timely and transparent information is one of the biggest barriers between job seekers and employers.

Therefore, narrowing the information gap, creating conditions for workers to access job opportunities and career orientation, and helping businesses access quality human resources is an urgent task today.

Realizing that, the People's Committee of O Dien commune has proactively developed and issued Plan No. 145/KH-UBND dated October 16, 2025 on organizing a Consulting Point, supporting the connection of labor market information, and solving employment for workers in O Dien commune.

“The labor market information connection program is extremely important, is one of the solutions to solve employment, ensure social security plans in the area and is a focal point to provide workers and employers with information on labor supply and demand so they can choose to find jobs,” said Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien Commune, Do Chi Hung.

The labor market information connection and employment support point for workers in O Dien commune is a direct contact point between employers and job seekers; a point for synthesizing information, sharing information directly and online between the Hanoi Employment Service Center system and workers in O Dien commune.

At the program, businesses introduced many jobs with good income to workers. For example, Hoang Vu Stainless Steel Group (Phung Industrial Park, Dan Phuong Commune) recruited 50 workers, aged 18 to 45, with income from 8 to 22 million VND/month, with health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance, shift meal support and free housing for workers.

TopMode Textile Company Limited (Dan Phuong Industrial Park, Dan Phuong Commune) recruits production workers with a salary of 10-15 million VND/month and many preferential policies, such as free accommodation, health insurance, social insurance, lunch support, overtime, gasoline, diligence. In particular, the company does not require experience, interviews to start work immediately and supports vocational training.
