The BMW Golf Cup - National Final 2025 Vietnam applies the Stableford format, calculating points based on the number of strokes taken on each hole instead of the total number of strokes taken by the golfer after completing 18 holes. The tournament is divided into 3 groups: Men's Group A (Handicap 0-12); Men's Group B (Handicap 13-24) and Group C for Women (Handicap 0-36). The winners of the 3 groups will become Vietnam's representatives to compete in the BMW Golf Cup 2025 World Finals taking place in South Africa in early 2026.

After a day of exciting and dramatic competition, the three champions were determined: Le Huu Phuoc (Group A), Le Ngoc Bao Khang (Group B), Mai Thi Trang (Group C). This year, the tournament offers an attractive hole-in-one prize (hitting 1 club into the hole) with a total value of up to nearly 9 billion VND. The prizes for the 2 hole-in-one prizes are the top SAC model BMW X6 and the luxury sedan BMW 5 Series. However, no golfer was lucky enough to win the hole-in-one prize. The organizing committee also awarded individual prizes including first, second, and third prizes in each group and technical prizes (4 Near Pin prizes, 2 Longest prizes and 1 Near Line prize).

Established in 1982, the BMW Golf Cup is one of the world's largest golf tournaments for amateur golfers, attracting more than 100,000 golfers from 40 countries and territories each year. Only the 350 best golfers are allowed to participate in the world finals. In the last two seasons, Vietnamese representatives have continuously made their mark. In 2023, golfers Tran Dieu Tuan, Nguyen Anh Tuan and Tran Huong Ha achieved the runner-up position with 278 points. In 2024, three golfers Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhu, Ta Quang Duong and Trinh Son Tung surpassed more than 250 golfers from 35 countries to win the championship with 302 points, marking the first time Vietnam won the prestigious amateur golf tournament.
