Group D is considered the most attractive group at the 2023 AFC U17 Championship. After the first round, the two matches between U.17 Vietnam - U.17 India and U.17 Japan - U.17 Uzbekistan both ended in a 1-1 draw. This afternoon (June 20), the second round will take place. However, in theory, Group D will only determine the two teams that will advance after the final round ends on June 23.
