According to the person who posted the clip, the incident was filmed on the campus of an elementary school in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.

On March 31, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of An Giang Department of Education and Training said that as soon as receiving the feedback, the Department quickly contacted the leaders of Long Xuyen City People's Committee to request a review and verification in the area.

"The Department also noted thateducational institutions across the province should further strengthen management, education on ethics, lifestyle, prevention of school violence and the harmful effects of tobacco," Mr. Khanh shared.
