The Provincial Party Committee Office has just announced the opinions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee at the meeting between the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Standing Committees of District Party Committees, City Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee in the first 4 months of 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees, City Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to advise the Standing Committee of the Party Committee at all levels to lead and direct the effective implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program for 2025, especially striving to achieve the target of GRDP growth in 2025 of at least 8%, budget collection in the area, disbursement of public investment capital, key programs, key projects on economic , cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security.

Lead and direct the implementation of Party building and political system building work well. Focus on implementing well the contents of organizing the Party Congress at the direct superior level of the grassroots Party organization, grassroots Party organizations directly under the District Party Committee, City Party Committee, and Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Focus on preparing the personnel work plan of the locality and unit. Resolutely implement the implementation of the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and the construction of a 2-level local government in the province to ensure progress according to the set roadmap. Complete the plan for arranging headquarters, finance and public assets of agencies and units, and implement it synchronously with the process of arranging the administrative apparatus. Perform well the work of editing, digitizing archival documents and submitting them to the Party Historical Archives on time, avoiding loss of documents.

Proactively grasp the ideological situation, encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to comply with the policy of merger and consolidation, feel secure in their work, enhance their sense of responsibility, make efforts, and strive to complete their tasks at the highest level. Direct the effective implementation of collecting public opinions on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

Lead and direct the handling of finances, state budget, and party reserves at the end of the district-level administrative agency's operations; rearrange and handle public assets such as houses, land, structures, cars, and other work equipment. Close accounting books, prepare financial reports, and settlement reports to serve the settlement review and approval; adjust records, books, accounting documents, and party property records over the periods for handover according to regulations.

Effectively implement Action Program No. 94 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation in Dong Thap province and Decision No. 204 dated November 29, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on approving the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies, focusing on prioritizing the digitization of documents for inclusion in the Party Historical Archives. Organize training courses, workshops, and knowledge fostering on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and Party members of Party agencies in the province.
