Confirmation of admission, how to adjust 10th grade public school wishes in Hanoi

TPO - After being admitted, it is a mandatory procedure for all students. Candidates who are admitted to multiple wishes at the same time (NV), can change their admission confirmation on the system but must ensure it is before 24 hours on July 12.

After being admitted, confirmation of admission is a mandatory procedure for all students who wish to continue studying in grade 10 of high school.

This confirmation must be done from 13:30 on July 10 to 24:00 on July 12, according to regulations of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

According to the instructions of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, for public schools, students admitted to NV1 will not be considered for NV2 or NV3.

Students who fail NV1 will be considered for NV2 but must have an admission score at least 1.0 point higher than the school's NV1 admission standard.

After being admitted, confirmation of admission is a mandatory procedure for all students.

Students who fail NV1 and NV2 will be considered for NV3 but must have a GPA at least 2.0 points higher than the school's NV1 admission standard.

When the benchmark is lowered, public high schools are allowed to admit students with NV2 and NV3 who meet the admission requirements.

Adjusted admission wishes

Hanoi Department of Education and Training stipulates that after announcing exam results and benchmark scores, admission confirmation is a mandatory procedure for all students.

A student may not be admitted or may be admitted to many public high schools (admitted to 1 non-specialized public high school, admitted to a maximum of 4 specialized high schools, bilingual French high schools...).

Students must register at one of the selected schools and confirm their admission between 1:30 p.m. on July 10 and 12 a.m. on July 12.

Students can choose to confirm their admission online or in person.

Confirm online admission: Students log in with their account and password to the primary school admission system at: https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn, select the name of their admission wish and confirm admission.

Students choose to print or save the admission confirmation form and complete the process. In case students are admitted to many different NVs including: non-specialized public NVs, specialized NVs, bilingual French...

During the specified time, candidates can change and confirm re-enrollment on the system but must do so before 24 hours on July 12. After that time, the system will close and candidates will not be able to perform any operations.

Confirmation of direct admission: students submit a copy of the Admissions Test Result Report for grade 10 of the 2025-2026 school year at the school where the student was admitted.

After the school updates the student's account into the enrollment support system and confirms enrollment, the student's account will be automatically locked by the system. The school prints the Admission Confirmation Notice for the student.

Also according to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, after a candidate has confirmed admission to a high school but changes his/her mind and wants to adjust the admission confirmation, he/she must contact the school to cancel the admission confirmation. After that, the candidate can confirm admission to the new admission confirmation.

After the exam results are out, candidates who are still wondering can apply for a re-evaluation to have their test re-graded. The time to receive re-evaluation applications is from July 4-10. At the latest, on July 28, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will return the results for candidates to enroll (if they are admitted).
