“Building self-learning capacity in the digital age”

(HGO) – At the Long Tri A Commune Community Learning Center , Long My Town, the Department of Education and Training in coordination with the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the Lifelong Learning Response Week 2023 on October 3.

Representatives of departments, branches, sectors and local authorities delivered the message of lifelong learning to students.

This is an annual activity, aiming to continue promoting the learning movement among all classes of people, helping to raise people's awareness of the role of self-study and self-improvement of knowledge; the role of digital transformation in lifelong learning.

The theme of this year's week is: “Building self-learning capacity in the digital age.

The Lifelong Learning Response Week was organized by all levels, sectors and localities in the province from October 2 to October 8, with many outstanding activities such as: Opening vocational training classes for rural workers, organizing training classes for workers at community learning centers, promoting and innovating information and propaganda activities on mass media, electronic information portals of related units and organizations, social networking sites (facebook, youtube, zalo...).

The provincial library donated 100 books to Long Tri A Commune Library.

This is also an opportunity to improve facilities, equipment and learning materials for libraries; open training courses on skills to search and exploit information on the Internet effectively and safely for students, parents, officials, civil servants, etc.

On this occasion, the Provincial Library presented 100 books to Long Tri A Commune Library.
