Building school culture is implementing aneducational management process in each school with the aim of building a friendly, orderly, and disciplined school. This is a key task that educational institutions in the province have been focusing on implementing. In response to the demands of society, each school has built its own goals and missions that are suitable for teachers, students, and practical conditions, ensuring three core criteria: safety, love, and respect. Therefore, for many years, teachers and students of Van Giang High School (Van Giang) have strived to successfully achieve the goal of becoming a happy school.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ngan, Principal of Van Giang High School, said: The school has organized many rich and diverse activities, suitable to practical conditions, creating an open, democratic and respectful atmosphere between teachers and students. Each staff and teacher has raised awareness and responsibility in teaching and learning, the respect between teachers and students creates friendliness, stimulating the learning spirit of each student. Along with that, the school always promotes the effectiveness of the activities of the Trade Union and Youth Union organizations to organize activities associated with the implementation of emulation movements to educate patriotism, traditional history, and good culture of the nation, contributing to improving the effectiveness of political and ideological education, and shaping the personality of each student. Coming to Tong Tran Primary School (Phu Cu), we were very impressed by the safe and friendly educational environment. The schoolyard, stairs, and hallways of the classrooms are kept clean. The homeroom teachers and students decorated the classroom very beautifully and creatively. The school is covered with green trees, making the space cool. The emulation movement "Building a friendly school, active students" has contributed to building a civilized educational environment and creating an exciting psychology for students when coming to school. The highlight in implementing this movement is that the school focuses on building a code of conduct based on ethical standards and office culture to serve as a basis for evaluation, reference and dissemination for all behaviors of members in the school; focusing on the exemplary role of teachers to guide students' behavior and attitudes. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hiep, a teacher at Tong Tran Primary School, said: Along with teaching letters, we teach students how to behave culturally from the smallest things such as: being polite to teachers; having a friendly attitude when communicating and behaving with friends and people around. Each student has a different personality and ability, so I have my own way of talking and correcting each student. For students who study well, I constantly encourage and praise them to motivate them to try harder. For naughty students, I find ways to talk to them to better understand their circumstances, thereby guiding them to form correct behavior, actions, and a beautiful lifestyle from an early age. In order to promote the building of school culture, the Department of Education and Training directs schools to develop and implement a code of conduct in schools issued by the Ministry of Education and Training . The whole province has 479 educational institutions; 90% of schools meet the standards of green, clean, beautiful, safe, and friendly. 100% of educational institutions have developed programs and activities to implement Plan No. 752/KH-SGDĐT, dated April 27, 2022 on strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle and arousing aspirations for students in the period 2021-2030... In teaching and learning Ethics and Civic Education, schools have increased practical connections, typical examples and promoted the responsibility of setting an example anytime, anywhere of teachers. Managers, teachers, staff, Education Trade Union officials, Youth Union officials... in schools have been trained to improve their capacity and cultural behavior skills. General education institutions have established counseling teams, student psychological support and social work in schools; Organize well social activities, gratitude, humanitarian charity, encourage learning, encourage talent, give gifts, scholarships to excellent students and poor students who overcome difficulties... To continue to create beauty in building school culture, schools need to coordinate closely with local authorities to have solutions to ensure security, order, safety, not to let bad elements lure students into participating in social evils or violations of ethics and lifestyle in the locality, especially in the area around the school; there needs to be a close connection between family, school and society, in which, the school plays a role in guiding and shaping students' behavior according to common standards; focus on building a team of teachers and educational managers who are truly exemplary, a role model for students to follow. Educational institutions need to continue to promote the work of educating revolutionary ideals, political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, life skills, professional skills, and employment for students; Focus on building a healthy culture of behavior, promoting positive values ​​of traditions and customs, upholding the spirit of mutual love and solidarity. Along with the efforts of the education sector, regular cooperation from families is also essential to contribute to creating a safe, friendly, positive environment, forming a good value system for students.
