Salt truck accident in Nghia Dung commune

(Baoquangngai.vn)- A salt truck owned by a resident in Binh Dinh province encountered a technical problem and unfortunately had an accident while traveling through the Tra Khuc River embankment, through village 3, Nghia Dung commune (Quang Ngai city). Fortunately, the accident did not cause any human casualties.

According to information from the leader of Nghia Dung Commune Police, at around 3:00 a.m. on April 13, a truck with license plate 77H - 012.37 driven by a resident of Binh Dinh province had an accident while moving through the embankment of Tra Khuc River, through village 3, Nghia Dung Commune, heading towards An Phu Commune ( Quang Ngai City).

The truck hit the median strip and flipped over, causing tons of salt to spill everywhere, down to the embankment below. At the scene, part of the embankment's median strip was severely damaged; the body and front of the truck were separated. Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties.

The truck was badly damaged.

Authorities and local authorities were also present at the scene to investigate the cause of the incident and assist the vehicle owner in troubleshooting the problem. The cause of the accident was determined to be a technical problem with the vehicle.

Immediately after the accident, local people quickly called on and mobilized everyone to join hands to buy salt, to minimize damage to vehicle owners after the accident.
