According to 2024 data, the locality that ranked first in the country in terms of average high school graduation scores last year was Vinh Phuc, with 7.45 points.
Ninh Binh ranked 2nd with 7.35 points.
Nam Dinh ranked 3rd with 7.3; Binh Duong ranked 4th with 7.24. Bac Ninh ranked 5th with 7.21 points.
The remaining 5 provinces in the top 10 localities with high graduation scores are Hai Phong, Ha Tinh, Phu Tho, Ha Nam, and An Giang.
Neither Hanoi nor Ho Chi Minh City is in the top 10 localities with the highest graduation scores. Hanoi ranked 12th, while Ho Chi Minh City ranked 20th.
In the bottom group, Ha Giang ranked last with an average score of 5.68. Above Ha Giang were Cao Bang, Dak Lak, and Dien Bien.
