Therefore, the city also plans to request the conversion of commercial houses and resettlement houses belonging to a number of large projects, including the Him Lam Phuc Loi project. These projects are all suitable for project conversion and in accordance with current standards and regulations.
Him Lam Phuc Loi social housing, resettlement and commercial housing project (Him Lam Phuc Loi residential area, Long Bien district, Hanoi) has a land use area of 13.44 hectares, construction scale of 5,724 apartments. Of which, there are 1,944 social housing units, 504 resettlement houses and about 3,276 commercial housing units. The total initial investment capital of Him Lam Phuc Loi residential area is about 7,002 billion VND, the project progress is about 19 months.
According to the Ministry of Construction , the conversion of commercial housing and resettlement housing into social housing must be consistent with local planning, land use plans, construction plans, housing development programs and plans, while ensuring the ability to meet the infrastructure, technical and social infrastructure requirements of the project area.
Furthermore, social housing apartments must be designed and built according to closed standards, ensuring social housing construction standards and regulations, and sold, rented, and leased to the right subjects.
