Immediately handle problems and difficulties, the highest goal is to bring power projects to the finish line on schedule.

The viewpoint of the head of Thanh Hoa electricity sector when implementing electricity projects in the province is to clearly identify difficulties and obstacles, focus on handling and resolving them promptly, thoroughly and effectively, with the highest goal being to complete and exceed the set plan to put the projects into operation soon, creating a strong driving force for socio-economic development.

In 2025, Thanh Hoa province aims to increase GRDP by 11% or more, leading to many large-scale industrial, urban, and infrastructure projects... which will increase electricity demand. This is not only a professional task but also a political responsibility of PC Thanh Hoa. From the beginning of the year, the Company has developed a comprehensive action plan, specifying the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade , Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) and the Provincial People's Committee focusing on three key tasks: investing in and upgrading grid infrastructure; promoting digital transformation; controlling loads and optimizing operations.

In investment and construction, thanks to the attention of EVN, EVNNPC, the support of the government and the consensus of the people, in 2025 Thanh Hoa PC was assigned 122 projects, of which 71 projects were completed. For the remaining 51 projects (34 projects preparing for investment, 23 projects under construction), according to the plan assigned by EVNNPC to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, but the Company strives to put all of them into operation before December 31, 2025.

Notably, there are 6 projects to supply electricity to key industrial zones and clusters such as Bim Son Industrial Park (IP), Hoang Long Industrial Park (IP), Lam Son - Sao Vang Industrial Park (IP) and Thai Thang - Hoang Hoa Industrial Cluster (IP) , Dong Bac Thanh Hoa City, Thuong Xuan Industrial Cluster (IP) , Tuong Linh - Nong Cong Industrial Cluster (IP). Many projects, when completed, will create momentum for economic development, attract labor, and improve people's lives. According to the plan, these projects will be basically completed in the third quarter of 2025, earlier than the schedule assigned by the Corporation.

However, in reality, the project implementation process still faces many difficulties such as approval procedures, site clearance, increasing material prices, equipment supply difficulties and extreme weather... This also causes projects to be interrupted at times.

In that situation, the Company closely monitors, urges and directs contractors and construction units to promote the spirit of: "unanimity from top to bottom - smooth communication" together "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain" mobilizing all workers, machinery, materials and equipment, increasing the work "three shifts, four shifts" to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. Any problems must be promptly reported to the Company's leaders to discuss solutions. The consistent viewpoint is: Any difficulty must be overcome, any challenge must be pushed back and determined that this is not only an internal target but also a commitment to the Company's reputation and capacity with localities, partners, customers, especially projects serving FDI enterprises.

For example, the Intco Medical Vietnam Factory (located in the North Industrial Park, Zone A, Bim Son Industrial Park) is in operation. The Director of Thanh Hoa PC assigned relevant departments/offices and units to complete the progress from construction to coordination of acceptance and power connection before September 3, 2025.

Along with infrastructure investment, PC Thanh Hoa promotes the application of digital technology in management and operation; enhances maintenance and incident response; closely coordinates with localities in clearing the grid safety corridor; effectively implements the load adjustment program (DR); improves the quality of customer service in a modern and friendly direction.

The 110kV power line and transformer station project in South Thanh Hoa City was inaugurated and put into operation on schedule.

The Director of Thanh Hoa PC requested: Continue to be resolute in directing, closely following reality; clearly assign people, tasks, and responsibilities; strengthen inspection and supervision; prioritize investment in key projects, especially transformer stations, 110kV lines, medium and low voltage in high load areas. At the same time, promote digital transformation, apply modern technology (AI, big data, automation, remote monitoring), accurately forecast loads, early warning of risks, improve coordination capacity, and respond to incidents.

The company also cooperates with major customers in the DR program, adjusts production plans, reduces peak hour capacity; organizes 24/7 operation at key points; prepares adequate human resources, materials, and equipment to handle incidents; organizes drills for extreme response plans; and at the same time promotes communication and raises public awareness about electricity saving.
