Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee and Inspection Committee (IC) at all levels of Thoi Lai district have regularly paid attention to the inspection and supervision of Party organizations and Party members. Through inspection and supervision, many Party organizations and Party members have been prevented, corrected, and helped overcome shortcomings, and 28 Party members who violated the law have been disciplined, contributing to the effective implementation of Party building and rectification work, and strict maintenance of Party discipline.

According to comrade Le Thi Cam Nhung, Standing Deputy Secretary, Head of the Party Inspection Committee of Dong Thuan Commune, the Party Committee of the commune has 15 Party cells and 238 Party members. Over the past 3 years, on average, the Party Committee of the commune has issued 4 inspection contents and 4 inspection contents each year; the Party Committee's Inspection Committee has issued 2-4 inspection and inspection contents. The specialized inspection and inspection contents focus on cultivating ethics and lifestyle; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style; preventing and combating corruption and negativity; implementing grassroots democracy regulations and working regulations; complying with the Party's Charter; improving the quality of Party cell activities, etc.

Through the inspection, the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of the commune have rectified and helped the Party cells and Party members overcome the slow progress in directing the implementation of some targets, paid attention to improving the quality of Party cell activities, complied with the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, and overcome sloppy working style, not allowing violations. At the same time, encouraged andeducated many Party members to overcome irregular participation in Party cell activities. Through the education work, there were 14 Party members who did not change, the Party Committee of the commune carried out the process of requesting the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to remove their names from the list of Party members. "Currently, the Commune Party Committee still has 20 Party members who do not regularly participate in Party cell activities, have not performed their Party member tasks well, and have not strictly followed the Party's Charter. The Party Committee, the Party Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee and Party cells are continuing to educate them. If there is no change, they will be asked to remove their names from the Party member list by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee," informed comrade Le Thi Cam Nhung.

According to the report of the Thoi Lai District Party Committee's Inspection Commission, since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels in the district have focused on inspection and discipline work to prevent and handle violations within the Party. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has promptly concretized the leadership and direction documents on inspection, discipline and discipline work within the Party of the Party committees and Inspection Commissions at higher levels; issued an inspection and discipline plan with 23 contents (13 inspections, 10 inspections). The grassroots Party committees have issued an inspection and discipline plan with 118 contents (56 inspections, 62 inspections). The District Party Committee's Inspection Commission has issued an inspection and discipline plan with 18 contents (10 inspections, 8 inspections). The grassroots Inspection Commission has issued an inspection and discipline plan with 136 contents (75 inspections, 51 inspections).

Comrade Nguyen Chi Linh, Permanent Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission, said: The content of the inspection and supervision of the Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels in the district focuses on the implementation of Party regulations, State policies and laws; anti-corruption and negativity work; personnel work; basic construction work; implementation of democratic regulations, working regulations; improving the quality of Party cell activities; cultivating and training ethics and lifestyle; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style... Along with thematic inspection and supervision, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the grassroots level have inspected the Dinh Mon Commune Party Committee and Dong Binh Commune Party Committee for signs of violations in leadership and direction of the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control work. The conclusion was that there were violations but not to the extent of disciplinary action, and lessons were learned.

Through the inspection, the Party Committee and the Inspection Commission at all levels in the district have rectified and helped many Party organizations and Party members overcome limitations and shortcomings in a timely manner, not allowing violations to occur. There were 28 cases, including 1 Party Secretary of the commune, 1 Deputy Secretary of the commune Party Committee, 1 member of the Standing Committee of the commune Party Committee, 2 Party Committee members, 3 Party cell secretaries, 2 Deputy Secretaries of the Party cell, 2 Party cell members, 16 Party members who violated the population and family planning policy (having a third child), the responsibility to set an example, harassed and received money from people in the distribution of support money for freelance workers affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, violated the sense of organization and discipline, regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, embezzled assets with an amount of more than 245 million VND, and were strictly disciplined.

Comrade Nguyen Chi Linh, Permanent Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission, said: Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels in the district will continue to pay attention to inspecting and supervising Party organizations and Party members in all fields, in order to prevent degradation and violations, contributing to strengthening the work of Party building and rectification.
