Dak Lak Market Management Department has just issued a Decision to administratively sanction the business household of Mr. HVD (located at Tran Kien Street, Tan Hoa Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) with a fine of 25 million VND for trading in goods of unknown origin; not registering to establish a business household in cases where registration is required according to regulations. At the same time, all violating goods must be destroyed.

Previously, on July 21, Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with the E-commerce Task Force (under the Dak Lak Market Management Department) to conduct a surprise inspection of Mr. HVD's business establishment.

The inspection team discovered that this facility was selling 1,500 used shirts without labels. The representative of the business could not present documents or certificates proving the legality and origin of the goods. The total value of the infringing goods was 45 million VND.

In addition, the inspection team also discovered that this facility operated as a business household, but did not register as a business household.
