Implementing Project No. 19-DA/TU, dated August 13, 2019 of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on Innovation of propaganda and education of traditions in the revolutionary homeland of Cao Bang, period 2019 - 2025; practically welcoming the 20th Congress of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired and coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to compile and publish two propaganda documents on historical figures Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong and Nung Tri Cao.

The two documents were compiled and published to contribute to raising awareness of cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province, especially the young generation, towards the origin of the nation; remembering, honoring and expressing gratitude for the great contributions of our ancestors, typically Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong and Nung Tri Cao in the cause of building the country and fighting against foreign invaders, protecting the Fatherland, including their great contributions to the homeland of Cao Bang. Thereby, promoting the pride and sense of responsibility of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in preserving and promoting the traditional historical and cultural values ​​of the land and people of Cao Bang in general; contributing to creating consensus and unity among cadres, party members and people on the project of merging and rearranging administrative units at all levels, the significance of naming administrative units associated with historical and cultural celebrities in the province in particular. Arouse the pride and responsibility of each citizen towards their homeland and country; determine the determination to create a new transformation in socio -economic development, build Cao Bang into a province with fast and sustainable development, and improve people's lives.

The content of the two documents provides cadres, party members and people with basic information about the life, career, role and great contributions of historical figures Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong and Nung Tri Cao to the cause of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people in general, and Cao Bang province in particular.
