Promoting tourism investment in Phu Loc

The conference was attended by nearly 50 businesses in the province and localities in the country.

In 2022, the total number of tourists to Phu Loc will reach about 1.6 million; the number of overnight guests will reach nearly 400,000. Revenue from tourism services will be about 1,587 billion VND. The district has 66 accommodation establishments, with more than 1,600 rooms and nearly 2,300 beds.

However, tourism in Phu Loc district has not developed commensurate with its potential and advantages; tourism infrastructure is not yet synchronized, tourism products are not yet diverse and rich; connectivity in tourism product development is still limited, tourism promotion and advertising work is not regular, focused, and key...

These have significantly affected the comparative advantage, enhancing the competitiveness of the district with other localities in and outside the province. Therefore, through this association, Phu Loc district hopes to attract more investors to invest in services in the area.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to typical products of Phu Loc district. They visited and experienced tourism products at Bach Ma National Park... In particular, they were introduced and promoted investment at 15 locations planned by Phu Loc District People's Committee, with various types of services such as: accommodation, restaurants, entertainment services...

Many delegates said that in order to attract tourism investment to the district, information about destinations, investment conditions, and local incentive policies need to be clearer, helping investors choose suitable types of services.

The leaders of Phu Loc district emphasized that the Party Committee and the Government of Phu Loc district will continue to make efforts to improve and build an attractive and open investment and business environment; always listen, discuss, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of businesses, organizations, and individuals.
