Over the past school years, Phan Thi Thanh Dao (student of class 5/1, Tan Lan Primary School, Tan Lan Commune, Can Duoc District) has always strived to achieve excellent academic results, contributing many ideas to organize Team activities and children's movements at Tan Lan Primary School.

Thanh Dao shared: “For me, when I was young, I learned from Uncle Ho in small daily things such as actively studying, working, being good, polite, loving my family, teachers, and friends around me; knowing how to help people in difficult circumstances. At the same time, I also learned from Uncle Ho the virtues of diligence, hard work, and thrift to improve myself day by day, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's Good Child. As the Team Leader, I always try to practice to become a good example for my friends to follow.”

Every morning, Thanh Dao focuses on listening to the teacher's lectures, grasping the knowledge in the textbooks, studying and doing homework in class, and spending the afternoon participating in Team activities. Every Monday morning, she reads newspapers and stories about Uncle Ho to her friends; at the same time, she guides them in doing morning and break exercises.

Talented in singing and dancing, Thanh Dao joined the school's art club, practiced with her friends, developed her talent and participated in many art competitions organized by the school and district, and brought high achievements to the school. Thanh Dao confided: "I really like singing and dancing. Usually, before each competition, my friends and I practice for about a week. Because I often participate in art performances, I am not worried and am always confident in showing my full potential." Besides art, Thanh Dao is also talented in physical activities and sports , especially badminton. Active in the Team movement, Thanh Dao does not neglect her studies, she arranges her time reasonably to participate in all activities without affecting her studies.

With her efforts, in the 2022-2023 school year, Thanh Dao contributed to the collective, bringing many achievements to the school such as First Prize in the District-level Youth Melody Contest; First Prize in the District-level Contest for Good Stars - Good Children, and won the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children at the district level.

Phan Huynh Thanh Ngoan (9/4 grade student, Nguyen Van Chinh Secondary School, Phuoc Ly Commune, Can Giuoc District) is an exemplary Youth Union leader.

Phan Huynh Thanh Ngoan (born in 2008) is the Team Leader of Nguyen Van Chinh Secondary School (Phuoc Ly Commune, Can Giuoc District). Over the past school years, Thanh Ngoan has always achieved good academic results with 9 consecutive years of being awarded the title of Excellent Student, Good Child of Uncle Ho at the district level; at the same time, he has always been a pioneer in the work of the Team.

Among the subjects, Thanh Ngoan likes Math the most. Not only does she study well in class, she also improves her knowledge by reading more books and learning new knowledge. At home, she also helps her parents with housework. In the evening, Thanh Ngoan spends time reviewing old lessons, trying to remember and learn by heart the key content to consolidate her knowledge and prepare well for the new lesson for the next day.

I always remember "Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" and apply them in my life. Obedient to Uncle Ho, not only trying hard in studying, Thanh Ngoan is also active in the movements of the Team, being an exemplary team leader.

Thanh Ngoan said that in order to achieve high results in competitions and contests organized by the school and district, he and his teammates spend time researching and viewing information to gain experience and prepare better for their competitions. In particular, the secret to achieving high results in propaganda competitions is that he always creates short, concise content so that his friends can easily understand and absorb it, then practice every day. In addition, in order to achieve high results in group activities, he and his friends often chat to understand each other better, thereby easily coordinating practice.

At the 82nd Anniversary of the Founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2023), both Thanh Ngoan and Thanh Dao were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Pioneer Council for their outstanding achievements in the work of the Pioneers and the children's movement in the past time./.
