Land auction in Xuyen Moc district

The auctioned lots range in area from 67.4m² to 105.6m², with starting prices from nearly VND941 million/lot to over VND2.1 billion/lot. The auction is conducted by direct voting at the auction.

Before that, customers had 3 days (from April 23-25) to visit the actual auction property.

In the first round of auction, 78 lots were bid on. In the second round, 45 lots were won; in the third round, 18 lots were bid on; in the fourth round, 5 lots were bid on; and in the fifth round, 5 lots were bid on. In the sixth round, 4 lots were bid on; and in the seventh round, 3 lots were bid on.

The auction lasted for more than 8 hours and ended at 4:15 p.m. with 10 rounds of bidding. A total of 82 lots were won, while 5 lots were not eligible to continue bidding in today's session.

The auction price ranges from VND1,070 billion to VND2,466 billion depending on the location and size of each lot. During the auction process, the auction organizer closely coordinated with the land owner. The People's Committee of Xuyen Moc district strictly monitored to ensure publicity, transparency, fairness and compliance with legal regulations.
