Requesting a subcontractor to urgently add more construction sites to the Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, section through Dong Nai province

(DN) - On July 28, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board said it had sent a report to the Provincial People's Committee on the results of handling the problem between the main contractor and subcontractor constructing package No. 26, Component Project 3 of the Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, section through Dong Nai province.

Accordingly, after working, the relevant parties including representatives of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the supervision consultant and the construction contractor agreed to request Hoang Thanh Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, the subcontractor of package No. 26 of the project, to urgently supplement the construction of the median strip components before August 1, 2025; gather crushed stone before August 10, 2025; complete the production of D800, D1000 round culverts, and box culverts and bring them to the construction site before August 15, 2025, to deploy the construction of technical culverts and drainage culverts within the scope of the contractor.

For the main contractor of package No. 26, Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company, urgently implement the horizontal drainage and longitudinal ditch items; at the same time, monitor and supervise the progress of the remaining items of Hoang Thanh Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. In case Hoang Thanh Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company fails to comply with the schedule, Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company is requested to, based on the contract, recover the volume of the subcontractor to implement the construction, ensuring the technical traffic progress before December 19, 2025.

The supervising consulting unit is Ba Le Bay Consulting Joint Stock Company, which strengthens field supervision, evaluates the capacity and progress of each contractor, and promptly reports to the investor to take appropriate measures when problems arise.

Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City, the section passing through Dong Nai province is over 11km long (excluding Component Project 1A). According to the request of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee, the project must complete technical traffic before December 19, 2025.
