The 396 Road Extension Project has a total cost of The length of the bridge over the Thai Binh River is more than 7.6 km and the total investment of the bridge over the Thai Binh River is more than 846 billion VND. The starting point connects with Highway 391 at the intersection with the East-West axis road, in Lac Phuong commune, the end point connects with the Quang Thanh bridge approach road in Ha Dong commune.

Up to this point, Lac Phuong commune has handed over 3.4 km of land, but 3 households still have land along Highway 391 with an area of ​​over 513 ^m2 that has not yet completed compensation for site clearance. In Ha Dong commune, there is still 1 household that has not yet received compensation.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan requested Lac Phuong and Ha Dong communes to urgently clear the land of 4 households and hand over the clean land to the construction contractor.

For the project to upgrade provincial road 390B and build a section to avoid the center of Thanh Ha town (old), with a total capital allocated in 2025 of 203 billion VND, nearly 114 billion VND has been disbursed to date, and the disbursement plan is expected to be completed by the end of December.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan acknowledged the initial results of site clearance in the communes where the project passes through and the project's disbursement results. The communes continue to coordinate in site clearance. Construction units urgently mobilize machinery and human resources to carry out construction when the site is clear, ensuring the set progress.
