1,073 cases of land acquisition for Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project

(DN) - On May 29, Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center issued document No. 2428/TB-TTPTQD announcing land recovery to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.

According to the above document, to ensure the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement according to regulations, the City Land Fund Development Center notifies households, individuals and organizations whose houses and land are recovered in the project: Cases that have been issued land recovery notices for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City belong to the land plot extracts of the cadastral map No.: 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176/2025 dated April 17, 2025 with an area of ​​about 100 hectares, including 1,073 land recovery notices.

Currently, the People's Committee of Hiep Hoa Ward has coordinated to send land recovery notices to each person whose land is recovered, owners of assets attached to the land, and people with related rights and obligations. In case they have not received the land recovery notice, households, individuals and organizations are requested to contact the People's Committee of Hiep Hoa Ward (No. 51, Do Van Thi Street, Nhi Hoa Quarter, Hiep Hoa Ward, Phone: 0251.3959231; 0387.747.334) or the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center (4th floor, No. 225, Vo Thi Sau Street, Thong Nhat Ward, Bien Hoa City, Phone: 0948.118.598) to receive the land recovery notice of the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City.
