Accordingly, the Head of the Working Group is Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung. The Deputy Head of the Working Group is Director of the Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong. The members of the Working Group include leaders of the departments: Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
The working group is responsible for advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in directing, coordinating and resolving issues related to the implementation of the Long Thanh Concentrated Information Technology Park Project. Developing a detailed plan and organizing the implementation of the Project in accordance with the approved goals and schedule.
In addition, the Working Group will urge departments, branches, localities and related units to carry out the assigned tasks in the Project. At the same time, monitor, inspect and evaluate the implementation of the Project, promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee on difficulties and obstacles and propose solutions; as well as proactively propose mechanisms, policies and solutions to speed up the progress and improve the effectiveness of the Project implementation.
The Department of Science and Technology is the standing agency of the Working Group. The Working Group works part-time.
