BTO-People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac district has just decided to recognize 10 products achieving 3-star OCOP (***) at district level in 2023.
Products include: ST25 rice of Hiep Phat Organic Agricultural Service Cooperative (Liem Binh village, Hong Liem commune) and 9 products of Hoa Le Clean Dragon Fruit Cooperative (Lam Hoa quarter, Ma Lam town) including red dragon fruit juice; white dragon fruit juice; dragon fruit wine; men's dragon fruit wine; white dried dragon fruit; red dried dragon fruit; dragon fruit flower tea, dried dragon fruit flowers; dragon fruit jam.
Products recognized as achieving 3-star status in 2023 will be granted a Certificate by the District People's Committee and will be allowed to use the "3-star OCOP" certification stamp according to regulations. The results of the evaluation and classification of OCOP products are valid for 36 months.
Ham Thuan Bac District People's Committee assigned the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to advise on the organization of the announcement and award of OCOP product classification certificates. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies, Ma Lam Town People's Committee and Hong Liem Commune People's Committee to guide production establishments to use the "3-star OCOP" certification stamp; coordinate to monitor and inspect OCOP products periodically and annually and propose handling measures when there are violations.
