100 officers attended the national defense and security training course for subject 3

On the afternoon of July 23, at Regiment 244 (Nam Khe Ward, Uong Bi City), the National Defense and Security Education Council (QPAN) of Quang Ninh province held an opening ceremony to foster QPAN knowledge for cadres of group 3, course 3, 2024. Attending and directing was Colonel Le Trong Hoa, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Standing Committee of the QPAN Education Council of Quang Ninh province.

During the 12-day period, 100 trainees who are heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, provincial unions, district-level officials, departments, branches, sectors and key commune-level officials will study and learn 20 topics: The guidelines and viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam , State policies and laws on national defense and security; building a national defense posture associated with the people's security posture in the cause of building and protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; some issues on defense zones in the new situation and legal documents on State management of national defense and security...

Through the class, the aim is to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security strategy; manage national defense and security tasks in the new period; thoroughly grasp the content and requirements for implementing the two strategic tasks of building and protecting the Fatherland; at the same time, help comrades and cadres of target 3 apply well in the process of performing tasks at agencies, units and localities, contributing to building a national defense foundation associated with a strong people's security posture, building an increasingly solid defense zone.
