AI is reshaping the future of healthcare globally with its ability to support diagnostic imaging, optimize treatment processes, and personalize patient care. In Vietnam, the Ministry of Health has identified AI as a key solution to building a smart healthcare management system, supporting diagnosis, treatment, developing disease warning software, and health monitoring. Medical staff and officers from the units participated in the training course.

The goal is to train at least 15,000 Vietnamese medical staff in the 2025-2026 period, promoting the application of AI in medical examination and treatment, scientific research and medical administration.

The program consists of 5 main modules, instructed by Google's globally certified training experts, focusing on: Optimizing work performance with AI tools; designing effective commands to exploit AI, applying AI responsibly and ethically, and capturing AI development trends in healthcare.

Trainees, from managers, administrative staff to doctors, pharmacists and lecturers, will be provided with basic knowledge and direct practice with experts. Training content is customized for each target group, ensuring high applicability in daily work.

The project not only focuses on individual skills but also aims to build a culture of innovation in the healthcare industry, promote sustainable digital transformation and improve the quality of healthcare. Healthcare workers will master how to apply AI to increase productivity, reduce errors and innovate workflows.

The project is also consistent with the major orientations of the Party and the Government, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP on "Digital Universal Education".
