On October 9, at Selectum Noa Cam Ranh Resort, Anex Vietnam Trading and Tourism Company Limited (Anex Vietnam) organized the Anex Tropical Sense Workshop in Vietnam 2024. The workshop is part of the Vietnam tourism survey program of 150 travel agents from Kazakhstan and CIS countries (countries that separated from the former Soviet Union) from October 5 to October 14.

The tourist market of CIS countries is very potential. According to the report of the Department of Tourism, in the first 9 months of 2024, Khanh Hoa welcomed nearly 90,000 visitors from Kazakhstan, 17,000 visitors from Uzbekistan... Currently, there are 14 flights from Kazakhstan to Cam Ranh every week, of which Anex Vietnam Company cooperates with Vietjet to operate 4 flights/week from Kazakhstan to Cam Ranh, in the near future it will increase to 6 flights/week. The organization of bringing 150 travel agents from CIS countries to survey tourism in Khanh Hoa aims to promote the destination, spreading the image of Vietnamese tourism strongly to the tourism markets of Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
At the workshop, Anex Vietnam Company briefly introduced the strengths and typical products of Khanh Hoa tourism. Nearly 30 hotels in Nha Trang and some hotels in Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc (partners of Anex Vietnam Company) directly introduced their unique products and services to 150 leading sales agents from Kazakhstan and CIS countries, thereby enhancing product recognition and optimizing sales efficiency for the 2024 - 2025 tourist season and the following years. "Anex Vietnam Company hopes that the "Anex Sense Workshop in Vietnam 2024" Workshop Program will not only promote the growth of the number of international visitors to Vietnam but will also become an annual destination promotion event, contributing to strongly promoting the image of Vietnamese tourism, building a sustainable destination for the tourism market of Kazakhstan and CIS countries", said Mr. Nguyen Duc Tan - General Director of Anex Vietnam Company.
According to the assessment of travel agents from Kazakhstan and CIS countries, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism products are very suitable for Kazakhstan and CIS tourists. “Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism products are similar to those in Thailand; however, the cuisine here is more diverse. The prices of tourism services in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa in particular, and Vietnam in general, are also relatively cheap, suitable for the spending level of Kazakhstan tourists”, Mr. Alex Maximov - representative of Denix Tour Travel Company (Turan city, Kazakhstan) shared. Similarly, Ms. Itimgenova Saule - Deputy Marketing Director of Sunny Travel said that direct flights from Kazakhstan to Khanh Hoa have made it easier for Kazakhstan tourists to travel in Vietnam. Through the days of surveying here, I found that the quality of tourism services in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa is very good. Hotels and resorts are located close to the sea; I really like the resorts in Bai Dai because they have many amenities such as water parks, children's play areas, outdoor cinemas... this is very suitable for family groups.

According to Mr. Bui Quoc Dai - Deputy CEO of Anex Vietnam Company, on this trip there were 15 travel agents from Kyrgyzstan. Currently, Kyrgyzstan tourists are very interested in traveling to Vietnam but there are only direct flights from Kyrgyzstan to Phu Quoc. Anex travel agents in Kyrgyzstan are looking forward to having direct flights from Kyrgyzstan to Khanh Hoa soon. This seminar is an opportunity for Khanh Hoa tourism businesses to introduce their products to Kazakhstan agents in particular and CIS countries in general to further develop the Russian-speaking tourist market to Khanh Hoa.
