16 Typh raps to convey message 'love family, fight violence'

After nearly a year, 16 Typh released his second solo product called Real Life Real Rap. Before that, the rapper from Hai Phong debuted as an exclusive artist of SpaceSpeakers Label with the MV Million Dollar Boy, which held the 2nd position on YouTube's trending music list.

This time, 16 Typh's product is still a rap that carries the brand. He wants everything to be as authentic as possible, so he uses his own story and lifestyle to write the lyrics. All members in the MV are relatives, family, friends, and people who have helped 16 Typh throughout his journey.

In the rap, 16 Typh continuously emphasizes the spirit of "Living and working according to the law", only peace can protect yourself. On the contrary, you should give up violence and vices. Ignore the world's mouths and jealous words, let everything flow naturally.

“This is the most authentic and intimate perspective I want to bring to everyone about my culture and lifestyle. The main message of the song is to advise everyone to live and work according to the law, towards core values such as love, family affection, relatives, friends, homeland. Every word is drawn from my daily experiences and real stories. I hope that the audience will understand more about 16 Typh's life and see themselves in it,” the male rapper shared.

This is the first time 16 Typh has included a relative in a MV.

The MV director is Khanh Nguyen - who has collaborated with SpaceSpeakers Label on many recent projects such as Dear (GONZO ft Le Hieu). According to 16 Typh's wishes, all the scenes in the MV were filmed in Hai Phong.

This is also the first time 16 Typh has included his parents and sister in the MV. Previously, the male rapper has always been secretive about his personal life, especially his family.

16 Typh's real name is Pham Hoang Hai, born on February 2, 1994 in Hai Phong. 16 Typh received a lot of attention as Binz's student when participating in Rap Viet season 1.
