20-25 points should study Information Technology at which school?

Due to poor academic performance, I only aim to get about 20-25 points and do not know which school in Ho Chi Minh City I can study Information Technology.

I have looked online but I don’t know the quality of teaching at the schools. I know that to be good at this major, you mainly have to self-study, but the environment is also a big problem.

My priorities are: teaching quality, tuition fees.

The list of schools that I looked up online includes: Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Saigon University, Nong Lam, Natural Resources and Environment, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Food Industry, Economics - Finance.
