On November 26, at the Hau Nghia Commune Public Service Center (Tay Ninh Province), Tuoi Tre Newspaper in collaboration with Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union organized the awarding of "Sowing the Seeds of Knowledge" scholarships to disadvantaged students with good and excellent achievements in Hau Nghia and Duc Hoa communes. The program was sponsored by Agribank Phu Nhuan branch (Ho Chi Minh City), with a total cost of more than 400 million VND.

Former President Truong Tan Sang attended the scholarship awarding program; in addition, there were representatives of leaders of Tay Ninh province's departments and branches and the People's Committees of Hau Nghia and Duc Hoa communes.
On behalf of Agribank, there were Mr. Phan Van Ba - Deputy Head of Agribank Representative Office in the Southwest region; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Director of Agribank Phu Nhuan branch; Mr. Phan Tan Luan - Director of Agribank Bac Long An branch and members of the Board of Directors of the branches.
The Seeds of Knowledge Scholarship Program has been implemented by Tuoi Tre Newspaper in collaboration with Agribank Phu Nhuan branch since 2018, with the message: "Wherever there are poor and disadvantaged students going to school, there is Seeds of Knowledge". After 8 years of implementation, the program has awarded nearly 6,000 scholarships to poor students in 20 provinces and cities across the country, with a total value of about 11 billion VND.

On this occasion, 200 students with difficult circumstances who have achieved good or excellent academic results in Hau Nghia and Duc Hoa communes were selected to receive scholarships, each worth 2 million VND (including bicycles and school supplies).
In addition, Agribank Bac Long An branch donated 200 more helmets to students.
On behalf of local leaders, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang - Chairman of Hau Nghia Commune People's Committee sent sincere thanks to the Program's Organizing Committee. According to Mr. Hoang, Sowing Seeds of Knowledge is a humane social program, not only providing material support, but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping children gain more determination, overcome adversity to study well, and become useful people for their families and society.

Thus, in 2025, the Seeds of Knowledge program was awarded to 800 poor students in Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Tay Ninh and Thanh Hoa provinces, with a total value of 1.6 billion VND.
