This year's contest attracted 215 contestants from three levels: Primary, Secondary and High School. Contestants competed in programming skills, solving math problems using Scratch, Python, Pascal, C/C++... with the following competition boards: Board A for Primary school students; Board B for Secondary school students; Board C1 for High School students in specialized groups; Board C2 for High School students in non-specialized groups. In addition, contestants competed in creative software products with boards D1, D2, D3 for Primary, Secondary and High School contestants respectively.

After a day of competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 14 third prizes, 11 consolation prizes and 1 prize for young contestants with high achievements. At the same time, 7 contestants and teams with the highest prizes were selected to represent 3 levels of education to participate in the 31st National Youth Informatics Competition.

In addition, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Provincial Youth Informatics Contest, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 3 individuals; the Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 10 groups and 14 individuals who made many contributions to the organization and development of the Contest.

After 30 years of organization, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Informatics Competition has become a prestigious technology playground, contributing to discovering and nurturing young talents in the field of Information Technology. Up to now, the competition has been effectively maintained to concretize the Party and State's policy on promoting national digital transformation, developing the digital economy based on science and technology; at the same time, creating motivation, inspiration and promoting the movement of learning, innovation, and improving digital capacity for children and adolescents. This is also a practical activity to effectively implement the Prime Minister's Project "Discovering, nurturing and promoting young Vietnamese talents in the period of 2022 - 2030", thereby discovering and nurturing young talents in the field of information technology, contributing to building high-quality human resources in the future.
