On the morning of February 28, Long An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the retirement decision for 28 comrades from March 1, 2025. Among them, there are 10 department heads, 11 deputy department heads, 3 district police chiefs, and 4 deputy district police chiefs.
Of the 28 comrades who retired this time, 15 comrades retired early and received benefits before their age limit, and 13 comrades retired early and waited to receive benefits before their age limit.
At the ceremony, Colonel Lam Minh Hong - Director of the Provincial Police Department, respectfully acknowledged the contributions and dedication of the comrades during their time working in the People's Police force. Regardless of their positions and positions, the comrades have constantly strived, overcome all difficulties, and excellently completed their assigned tasks, ensuring national security, order, and social safety in the locality. The important results of their work, contributions, and dedication have contributed to the overall achievements of the Provincial Police Department over the past many years.

At the same time, Colonel Lam Minh Hong suggested that Party committees and leaders of units continue to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and soldiers, especially those directly affected by the streamlining of the organizational apparatus. Each cadre needs to identify that "innovation, reorganization of the apparatus to be lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient" is a revolution, a very urgent requirement of the practical situation, and a strong political determination. From there, they can work with peace of mind, be ready to take on tasks in new positions, continue to train, and strive to excellently complete all tasks assigned by the Party, State and People.
