319 cases of early retirement

Kinhtedothi - Up to this point, Thai Binh province has 319 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units who have requested leave from work.

According to information from the Thai Binh Department of Home Affairs, based on the Central Government's policy on restructuring the organization and apparatus and Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government ; implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee, in the past time, the Department of Home Affairs has deployed and guided departments, branches, agencies, units, and localities to carry out the steps of the process of considering applications of people who voluntarily retire before the age and voluntarily resign in the process of streamlining and restructuring the organization and apparatus.

As of February 19, according to statistics, 319 cases of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at departments, branches, agencies, units, and localities in Thai Binh province have submitted applications for voluntary retirement or early resignation.

All cases with applications have been approved by the leaders of the agencies and units and transferred to Thai Binh Department of Home Affairs.

Of these, 4 people hold the position of department director, 2 people hold the position equivalent to department director; 13 people hold the position of deputy department director and equivalent to deputy department director; 5 people are members of the Standing Committee at the district level; 31 people hold the position of department head; 47 people hold the position of deputy department head; 22 people hold the position of head, deputy head of department of units under the department, branch and equivalent; 82 civil servants; 85 public employees and 28 workers. Notably, there are leaders of departments and branches who have nearly 5 to nearly 10 years of work left but also asked to resign.

Thai Binh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than assessed this as a sacrifice, setting an example, demonstrating high consensus and unity with the policies of the Central and the province, creating favorable conditions for the arrangement and reorganization of the apparatus in agencies and units.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Than requested the Organizing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee and the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with relevant agencies to resolve policies and regimes for cases of voluntary resignation to ensure urgency, convenience, uniformity, and compliance with regulations.
