Phu Dinh Ward currently has more than 150,000 people. From the date of operation to July 14, the ward's Public Administration Service Center has received 2,611 records, mainly related to certification, household registration, social security, land, etc.

Based on decentralization and authorization, there are currently 363 administrative procedures (AP) being received and returned at the one-stop department of Phu Dinh Ward People's Committee. Related APs after being decentralized and authorized have created convenience for the Ward People's Committee, increasing the initiative in handling records for the people.
According to comrade Huynh Quoc Thai, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council, there are still some problems such as the lack of regulations on the functions, tasks, and operating regulations of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center; there is no process for handling some procedures in the fields of land, construction licensing, etc. The Ward recommends that the city and relevant departments soon issue specific instructions, and at the same time remove difficulties in information technology infrastructure and digital transformation.
In Cho Quan ward, the ward's Public Administration Service Center has received more than 2,260 records after only 13 days of operation, processing an average of nearly 200 records/day, with processing time for each record from 15 to 20 minutes.
Looking back over two weeks of operation, the leaders of Cho Quan ward assessed that the organization of the ward apparatus has basically been completed. The contents of direction and delegation of authority at all levels have been implemented in accordance with the content and time as prescribed. However, the ward still faces difficulties in terms of working headquarters when it has to temporarily arrange at 6 different locations. The ward leaders proposed that departments and branches provide professional support and organize training for cadres and civil servants.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the HCMC People's Council Tran Van Tuan highly appreciated the initiative of both wards in quickly stabilizing the organization and serving the people. The working group will take note of the difficulties and recommendations of the locality and make recommendations to relevant authorities.
Regarding Phu Dinh Ward, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Council acknowledged the satisfaction of the people with the enthusiastic service attitude and quick procedure processing time. He suggested that the ward continue to maintain this advantage, and at the same time soon complete the information technology infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of the apparatus. "We must prioritize immediate resolution because this is a necessary condition for the apparatus to run, if it is congested, the whole apparatus will be paralyzed", emphasized Mr. Tran Van Tuan.
Regarding Cho Quan ward, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Council said that after many district-level tasks were transferred, the workload of the ward increased significantly, requiring the staff to improve their capacity and proactively remove obstacles. Ward leaders regularly monitor the operation situation, proactively identify obstacles for timely initial handling; in cases beyond their authority, they need to report and make recommendations to superiors. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the spiritual life of the staff, promptly encourage them to feel secure in their work.
