4 major projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day are expected to start construction on August 19

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize groundbreaking ceremonies for projects in the province to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accordingly, Khanh Hoa has 4 projects eligible to start construction on the occasion of National Day, September 2, including: Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project invested by Ha Long Sun Company Limited in Nam Nha Trang Ward; Doc Da Trang Industrial Park Project invested by Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company; Social Housing Project in Thanh Hai Resettlement Area invested by Sao Bien Real Estate Company Limited; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics Training and Research Facility Project in Nam Nha Trang Ward. These 4 projects are expected to start construction on August 19 according to the central government's general plan.

The Provincial People's Committee requires investors who register projects to report on progress and preparations for commencement to the Department of Construction before August 10; before August 15, they must complete all land and construction procedures for the projects to ensure conditions for commencement in accordance with legal regulations; before August 15, they must complete the conditions for the commencement ceremony...
