5/9 contestants winning the 11th Luong Van Can Talent Award are female

The final round of the 11th Luong Van Can Talent Award concluded with 9 young faces honored (including 5 female candidates), along with creative, sustainable, and socially responsible startup projects.

On the morning of November 18, the Organizing Committee of the 11th Luong Van Can talent contest held a ceremony to honor and award the best contestants of the season; At the same time, launched the 12th season.

The Organizing Committee representative said that the 11th exam season, starting in 2023, has attracted more than 2,000 students from 17 universities to register to participate.

After selection, 20 candidates entered the final round and participated in an intensive training program, including 47 subjects in three core modules based on the philosophy of Mr. Luong Van Can: Commerce, Morality, and Talent.

Candidates have the opportunity to access basic knowledge of business, ethics and management and to be accompanied by more than 30 entrepreneurs and experts to cultivate practical business management knowledge.

At the same time, the contestants also participated in many meaningful community projects such as: Journey to adulthood at the age of 18 - career guidance and life skills program for high school students; DNA - Unlock Yourself - discovering personality and personal abilities through the DISC tool, helping young people understand themselves and develop in the right direction...

Closing the training program, the candidates participated in inspirational speeches about entrepreneurship and the way to get rich. This is also an important highlight to help them imbue the spirit of honest business, aiming to serve the community, in line with the business philosophy of Mr. Luong Van Can.

After the final round, 9 contestants were recognized with the 11th Luong Van Can Talent Award with outstanding projects such as: Ni Clothes - a personalized fashion network for young people, helping to reduce inventory and fabric waste in the fashion industry; Activated carbon from Midori peanut shells; From Content to Creator - a strategy to support businesses in reaching customers through short videos, building a digital creative ecosystem; Origin of Love - a humane economic model, combining production and charity, spreading positive living values...

The Luong Van Can Talent Award was initiated by Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine. This is a playground to find a generation of young, potential entrepreneurs with qualities, abilities and business ethics to help them quickly approach the entrepreneurial spirit based on the philosophy of Mr. Luong Van Can.

The 12th Luong Van Can Award will officially begin its preliminary round from November 2025 to January 2026.
