Close friend, companion of team members and children

Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team is a school foreducating Vietnamese children inside and outside of school, a reserve team of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; a core force in children's movements. Since its establishment, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team has always been cared for, trained and led by the Party and State to develop more and more strongly.

Together with children across the country, generations of Phu Yen team members, teenagers and children have continued to inherit and promote the glorious traditions of previous generations, achieving many outstanding achievements, adding to the golden history of the heroic Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team. Currently, the whole province has over 126,000 team members, teenagers and children studying and living in 206 teams, 206 teachers as team leaders and more than 20 full-time cadres and collaborators taking care of the development of the young generation.

With the motto of building the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team is to build the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union one step ahead, the provincial Youth Union chapters have focused on innovating the content and methods of operation of the team council system at all levels, taking care of training the professional skills and abilities of team leaders; at the same time, regularly organizing and guiding team members, teenagers and children to study and play healthily, contributing to meeting their legitimate needs, helping them practice morality and personality, and develop comprehensively in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics.

From movements such as: "Journey to the red address", "Speaking good words, doing good deeds", "I love Vietnam's sea and islands", "I love Vietnam's history"; organizing forums "Building beautiful friendships, saying no to school violence"; "Building a culture of behavior in schools"; "Healthy children - Stepping up to the Youth Union" festival..., the Youth Union at all levels has propagated and educated team members and students about the awareness of complying with school regulations, building discipline and style in studying, educating teenagers and children to study Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, arousing pride in the revolutionary tradition of the Party, the nation, beloved Uncle Ho and the Youth Union - Young Pioneers organization.

The Youth Union at all levels has also focused on organizing activities to create an environment for children to practice ethics and lifestyle through the effective implementation of projects and movements: Thousand addresses to help children go to school, Small plans, Thousand good deeds, Piggy banks to help friends go to school, Thrifty childhood, Friends helping friends... with many diverse forms, bringing high efficiency. These activities have contributed to educating children about the awareness of saving, protecting the environment and the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, mutual support, and sharing with the community; encouraging them to compete in studying, working and actively participating in Youth Union - Young Pioneer movements, striving to become good children and good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Following in the footsteps of our fathers and brothers, we cultivate virtue and talent.

At the same time, the movement " Phu Yen children compete to implement well the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho" continues to be the red thread running through the activities of the team organization and the youth and children, expressing the infinite gratitude of children to the leader, the beloved father of the nation; creating a learning and training environment, contributing to nurturing and forming in children the good qualities of a citizen. The teams organize flag-raising activities with the theme "Every week a beautiful story, a good book, a good example"; organize thematic activities "Speaking good words, doing good deeds" contributing to orienting good values ​​for children...

Over the past 5 school years, the Youth Union at all levels has built 19 children's playgrounds and 5 Red Scarf houses for children in disadvantaged areas with a total cost of 975 million VND; helped 20,320 children in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 5.644 billion VND. The project "Thousands of addresses to help children go to school" has been sponsoring more than 3,000 team members and children with an annual amount of about 2 billion VND. The emulation movements for good study such as: "Practice handwriting, practice personality", "Overcome difficulties to study well", "Good study week", "Good study hours", "Good score flowers"... have been actively promoted and implemented by team members and children. There are 380,080 good score flowers, 16,860 good study weeks and hundreds of thousands of good study hours actively and seriously implemented by team members and children in the whole province to offer to their beloved teachers.

Following Uncle Ho's teachings, following the heroic tradition of previous generations, following the example of Kim Dong - the first captain of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, Phu Yen children have constantly strived in all fields, studying hard, practicing, contributing to glorifying the tradition of Lac Hong descendants. Generations of teenagers and children have been trying to study, practice and strive from the smallest actions and deeds that are useful to the community. With the spirit of young people doing small things, generations of Phu Yen children have actively participated in the "Thousand Good Deeds" movement and have emerged as typical examples of children, typical groups with many feats and outstanding achievements in all aspects. Thousands of team members and children have set a shining example by helping friends in difficult circumstances, helping families with preferential policies, visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers... Many have achieved high results in national and international competitions in the fields of study, science, art, and sports.

Proud of the 84-year tradition marking a milestone in the development and growth of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, the youth and children of Phu Yen province will strive to study, practice and be creative to turn difficulties and challenges into opportunities to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors in cultivating virtue and talent, building an increasingly strong team organization, contributing their small efforts in the process of socio-economic development, building the province to become increasingly rich, civilized, and steadily entering a new era - the era of national development. The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization of the province will continue to innovate, constantly grow, be the cradle to nurture and train generations of team members to become "good citizens, good cadres", building a generation of advanced, modern citizens with high awareness, deep understanding, knowledge, skills, and compassion, meeting the requirements of the country in the new era.
