Agribank Vinh Phuc deploys feature of notifying balance changes by sound

Contributing to bringing new, modern and convenient experiences to customers, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) Vinh Phuc branch has deployed the feature "Notification of balance changes by sound (Voice OTT)" on the Agribank Plus application.

This is a voice transaction notification service (in Vietnamese), integrated directly into the Agribank Plus application. When a transaction occurs on a payment account, the system will play a sound to notify the transaction content through an automatic voice, helping customers to immediately, clearly and conveniently recognize the amount credited to their account.

Agribank Vinh Phuc province branch increases support and guides customers to install and use the feature of notifying balance changes by sound.

This helps to limit risks, prevent SMS message forgery, and promptly warn of unusual transactions, thereby minimizing unwanted financial impacts.

To use the Voice OTT balance change notification feature, customers follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Agribank Plus application.

Step 2: Select “Receive balance change notifications” to register.

Step 3: Register/Manage Voice OTT.

Step 4: Select the Voice OTT registration account and confirm to register.
