The victory over world No. 32 Korda gives Alcaraz a record of 27 wins and 1 loss against opponents outside the top 20 this season. He will be aiming for his 11th title, in his 14th ATP final appearance. If he beats De Minaur in the final, Alcaraz will reclaim the world number one spot from Novak Djokovic.

"De Minaur plays very well on grass, with good swinging ability," Alcaraz commented on his Australian opponent in the final. "But I will think more about my own game and enjoy the final. Right now I feel like I have been playing on grass for 10 years."

Alcaraz also shared that he adapted to the grass court faster than expected. The top position in the ATP rankings will also be a big motivation for the 20-year-old tennis player. "The race for world number one helps me a lot," said Alcaraz. "It gives me more motivation for the final. Being the top seed at Wimbledon is a dream for me, and I will strive for that."

Queen's Club 2023 will be Alcaraz's third grass-court tournament in his career. He has played in Wimbledon the last two years, but has never gone beyond the fourth round. Alcaraz's opponent, De Minaur, is aiming for his eighth career title. At this year's tournament, the Australian player eliminated a strong opponent, including Andy Murray, Diego Schwartzman, Adrian Mannarino and Holger Rune.

At the ATP 500 tournament in Halle, Germany, the final match will take place at 7pm today (Hanoi time) between Alexander Bublik and Andrey Rublev. Bublik caused a surprise when he eliminated Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev in the last two rounds, while Rublev defeated Roberto Bautista Agut to stand a chance to win the 14th title of his career.
